Your name, contact details and country of residence, sent through the application form. Anything else — your relationship to the Church, the level that suits you, your fitness for the trails, and any treatment or restrictions you want us to know about — is discussed in the call and noted only as far as it is needed to look after you during the week.
To choose the level of participation with you, to keep you safe on the trails and to be in touch about the trip. Your data is not passed to third parties, apart from partners who need participant lists for accommodation and transport.
Information about faith and health belongs to special categories of data and is recorded only with your separate consent. You are free not to answer those questions.
24 months from the date of your application. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to us.
